 All content on this site—including but not limited to lyrics, musical "blueprints," unmastered recordings, literary articles, and visual branding (including the Sounds Plum and Dewey Lane Music logos)—is the exclusive property of Mark Hilton Plummer and Sounds Plum Publishing (BMI), unless otherwise noted.

• No Unauthorized Use: Use of these works for synchronization, public performance, or commercial reproduction without a formal licensing agreement is strictly prohibited.
• Literacy & Lyrics: Lyrics shared on this site are for personal study and appreciation. Any redistribution or "sampling" of written text constitutes a violation of copyright.

Digital Content & Licensing Purchases made through the Sounds Plum site (including the Salvador / Savior EP and the UnMastered World zine) grant the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal enjoyment only.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access to intellectual property, all sales of music, zines, and digital media are final.
• The "Zine" Content: Information shared within the UnMastered World zine is proprietary. Subscribers agree not to leak, repost, or redistribute "behind-the-scenes" details or unreleased song fragments.

Submissions & Collaborative Interest 

Sounds Plum Publishing maintains a "Writing First" approach. While we occasionally issue "Calls for Singers" or casting for specific initiatives (such as the San Jose to San Jose project), we do not accept unsolicited musical compositions or lyrics. Any unsolicited material sent to this site will be deleted unread to protect the integrity of our existing intellectual property.

 We value the trust of our creative and faith-based partners. Your data is used solely for the distribution of Sounds Plum news and the fulfillment of your purchases. We do not sell your information to third parties.
